1. Commis 1 – Indian Section
- Number of Posts: 1
- Pay Scale: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Age Limit: 18 years and above
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass
Job Description:
- Assisting in food preparation processes
- Preparing Indian curry and high-quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables and other ingredients
- Assisting senior chefs with tasks
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations
- Maintaining reports and store indent
2. Commis 1 – Tandoor Section
- Number of Posts: 1
- Pay Scale: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Age Limit: 18 years and above
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass
Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Tandoor cooking expertise
- Attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in a team and multitask
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and food safety practices
- Culinary techniques, especially North Indian cuisine
- Food presentation and recipe adherence
- Maintenance of cooking equipment
3. Commis 1 – Continental Section
- Number of Posts: 1
- Pay Scale: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Age Limit: 18 years and above
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass
Job Description:
- Preparing food for service and ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Assisting in food preparation and presentation
- Stocking and restocking kitchen items as needed
- Ensuring kitchen and food areas are clean and safe
- Helping other sections or performing additional duties during staff shortages or high demand
