Eligibility Criteria for NHM Assam CHO Recruitment:
- Educational Qualification:
- The candidate must have completed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing and possess a 6-month Certificate Course in Community Health under IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University).
- Age Limit:
- The candidate must be below 40 years of age as of 1st January 2025.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Candidates: Upper age limit relaxed by 5 years.
- OBC/MOBC Candidates: Upper age limit relaxed by 3 years.
- PWD Candidates: Upper age limit relaxed by 10 years.

Candidates must upload the following documents along with their application:
- Final Year Marksheet of the last qualifying exam (e.g., Final Year BSc Nursing/Post Basic BSc Nursing).
- Provisional/Final Degree Certificate.
- Registration Certificate from Assam Nursing Council.
- Proof of Age (e.g., birth certificate).
- Candidates applying under reserved categories must attach a caste certificate issued by a competent authority.
Certificate from the Principal of the Nursing College (Appendix I).
