Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

• Grade A (Assistant Manager):
  • Age between 21 to 30 years (Born between 08.11.1994 and 09.11.2003)
    
• Grade B (Manager):
  • Age between 25 to 33 years (Born between 08.11.1991 and 09.11.1999)

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
  
• OBC: 3 years
  
• PwBD: 10 years
  
• PwBD-OBC: 13 years
  
• PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years

Educational Qualification:

Grade A (Assistant Manager)

• Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Business Administration/Engineering graduates with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  
  OR
  
• Company Secretary (CS) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA)
  
  OR
  
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
  
  OR
• MBA/PGDM (2-year full-time) from a recognized institution

Grade B (Manager)

• General Stream: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  
  OR
  
  Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD)
  
• Legal Stream:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
    
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India
    
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Law, Company Secretary (CS)
    
• IT Stream:
  
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) or MCA with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)
    
  • Preferred certifications: AI/ML, Full Stack Development, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL, etc.
