Position: Assistant Professor
Number of Posts: 3

Vacancies by Subject:

• Mathematics: 2 posts (OBC/MOBC: Roster Point No. 39, ST(H): Roster Point No. 50)
• Zoology: 1 post (ST(P): Roster Point No. 45)

Educational Qualification: Candidates must meet the qualifications and follow the selection process as outlined in Government OM No. AHE/239/2021/68, dated 24.01.2022.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 38 years as of 01.01.2024. There will be relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD as per government rules.

2. Grade III Positions

Number of Posts: 2

Vacancies:

• Laboratory Assistant: 1 post (UR: Roster Point No. 9)
• Junior Assistant: 1 post (OBC/MOBC: Roster Point No. 10)

Educational Qualification: Candidates should be graduates in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized college or university. They must also have a 3-month diploma in computer skills, including working knowledge of Assamese and English typing in MS Word and basic Excel.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 40 years as of January 1, 2024.

PRC Requirement: Candidates must have a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) and proficiency in the local language.
