- Register yourself on the opened webpage using your details.
- Enter all required personal and educational details.
- Upload a passport-sized photograph, signature, and other required documents.
- Submit the application and take a printout of the submitted form for future reference.
Documents to be Uploaded
Applicants must upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- Age Proof: HSLC Certificate or Admit Card issued by a recognized Board/Council.
- Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC): PRC issued for educational purposes or receipt of PRC application from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office.
- Marksheets: HSLC and HSSLC (Science) marksheets.
- Photograph: Recent passport-sized photograph.
- Signature: Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature.
- Caste/EWS Certificate: For the financial year 2024-2025, if applicable.
- DDO’s Certificate: For serving Grade-IV employees of the department, if applicable.
Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Personnel Assessment Test (PAT): Eligible candidates will appear for a PAT of 100 marks, evaluated as:
- Percentage of marks in HSSLC (Science) with Biology: 40% weightage
- Percentage of marks in HSLC: 20% weightage
- PAT: 40% weightage
- PAT Syllabus: Questions on Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and General Awareness (state and national importance). Each of the 2-3 selection board members asks 5 questions (4 marks each).
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on total marks (HSSLC + HSLC + PAT), adhering to the reservation policy. Candidates must submit a physical fitness certificate from a District/Sub-Divisional Medical and Health Officer.
- Verification: Admission is subject to medical examination and verification of all documents. The selection list does not guarantee admission unless suitability is confirmed.
