Eligibility Criteria for APSC JAA Recruitment:
- Age Limit:
- Candidates should be between 21 to 40 years of age as of January 1, 2024.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- PWD: 10 years
- Domicile:
- The candidate must be a resident of Assam, with proof through registration in the Employment Exchange of Assam or a PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate) issued in Assam for educational purposes.
- Educational Qualification:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized University.
- Computer Proficiency:
- A minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a Government-recognized institute. The candidate must be proficient in Basic Computer Applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet, etc.
- Small Family Norms:
- Candidates must submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying.

Candidates must pay the following processing fees:
- General: ₹47.20
- SC/ST/OBC/MOBC: ₹47.20
- BPL/PwBD: ₹47.20
