Eligibility Criteria
- As per UGC Regulations 2018 and its subsequent amendments, including the 2023 second amendment.
- Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for teaching positions as per UGC norms.

Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya (BSSRV) was established under the Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya Act 2020 by the Government of Assam. Prof. Jyoti Prasad Saikia serves as the first Vice-Chancellor of the university. The institution is currently operating from Golaghat Engineering College premises and aims to become a hub for multidisciplinary research and academic excellence.
