Pay Scale

Basic Pay: Rs. 48,480 – 85,920 (as per the following structure)
Increment Structure:

• Rs. 48,480 – 2000/7 – Rs. 62,480
• Rs. 62,480 – 2340/2 – Rs. 67,160
• Rs. 67,160 – 2680/7 – Rs. 85,920

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as of 30.11.2024):

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Candidates must be born between 01.12.1992 and 30.11.2003 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PWD: 10 years

Educational Qualification:

• A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government.
• Candidates with professional qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, and Cost Accountancy are also eligible.

Work Experience:

Candidates must have prior experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs), Scheduled Cooperative Banks (Urban & State), or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) with at least Rs. 500 crore assets operating in India.

• For Officer/Supervisory Cadre: Minimum 1 year of experience
• For Clerical Cadre: Minimum 3 years of experience

(Note: Only officer/supervisory experience in NBFCs will be considered; clerical experience in NBFCs will not be counted.)
