Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2025: Chauffeur (Driver) Posts

The Gauhati High Court has issued an employment notification for the recruitment of 5 Chauffeur (Driver) positions in the Principal Seat of the Gauhati High Court. The selected candidates will be appointed on a purely contractual basis, initially for a period of one year. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class-X) from a recognized Board.
- Driving License: Candidates must possess a valid Driving License.
Other Criteria for Eligibility:
- Age Limit: The maximum age of the candidate must be 40 years as of the last date of application (11th January 2025).
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be provided for the following categories:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST (P) / ST (H): 5 years
- PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 years
- Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: Candidates must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number for the State of Assam.

- SC/ST (P) / ST (H): Rs. 150/-
- PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): Nil
- Others (General / OBC): Rs. 300/-
