Samagra Shiksha, Assam has announced the recruitment for various posts under the project “Supporting School Education in Assam.” The positions are available for a range of roles, including Administrative Officer, Accounts Officer, Specialist, IT Consultant, and more. Available Positions & Key Details:

1. Administrative Officer (Team Lead)
   • No of Posts: 01
   • Pay: Rs. 2,00,000 – Rs. 2,50,000 per month
   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Public Administration/MBA or related field. Minimum 10 years experience, including 5 years as an Administrative Officer.
2. Assistant Administrative Officer (Assistant Team Lead)
   • No of Posts: 01
   • Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 1,50,000 per month
   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in relevant fields with at least 5 years of project management experience.
3. Accounts Officer/ Finance Specialist
   • No of Posts: 02
   • Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 1,50,000 per month
   • Qualification: Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)/M.Com. with 5 years of experience, preferably in Externally Aided Projects.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

   • Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 1,50,000 per month
   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in relevant fields with at least 10 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, and M&E studies.
5. IT Consultant

   • Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 1,50,000 per month
   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in IT/Computer Science with 8+ years of experience in technology implementation and education systems.
6. Specialist Foundational Learning

   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Education with 5 years of relevant experience in FLN.
7. Specialist – School Governance

   • Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 1,50,000 per month
   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Education Policy/Project Management with 5 years of experience in school governance.
8. Specialist – Teacher Professional Development and School Leadership

   • Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 1,50,000 per month
   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Education/Social Sciences with 5 years of experience in teacher training.
9. Specialist – Early Childhood Care and Education

   • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Work/Education with 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
10. Adolescent Wellbeing Specialist

    • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Development Studies with 10 years of experience in adolescent wellbeing.
11. Procurement Specialist

    • Qualification: Engineering/Commerce graduate with experience in procurement and contract management.
12. Social Safeguards Specialist
    • No of Posts: 01
    • Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 1,50,000 per month
    • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with 10 years of relevant experience.
13. Environmental Safeguards Specialist

    • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Environmental Sciences/Management with 8 years of relevant experience.
14. Project Engineer

    • Pay: Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 1,00,000 per month
    • Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering/Architecture with 4+ years of experience in procurement and civil works.
15. Associate (Supporting Officer)

    • Pay: Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 90,000 per month
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of program management experience.
16. Grade IV
    • No of Posts: 04
    • Pay: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month
    • Qualification: Class XII passed with 3 years’ experience in office management.

Age Limit:

• Candidates should be between 18 to 45 years as of 01-01-2025.
